REBAU - Construção, Recuperação e Manutenção de Edifícios, S.A. has successfully completed the rehabilitation of Block M in Bairro do Outeiro, in the city of Porto.
The work, awarded by Domus Social, aimed to improve the building's living conditions and safety by repairing and painting the façades.
REBAU's intervention included repairing cracks and leaks, applying coatings and paint, and replacing damaged elements such as window frames and roofs.
The work was carried out in accordance with the rules of the art and the execution project, meeting the deadlines and quality requirements set out in the specifications.
